Indian tourism is bestowed with natural attractions and a rich cultural heritage, making it an industry with great growth potential. What it lacks however, like the tourism industry of any country, is qualified personnel in the hospitality business. The country has unlimited human resources with talented youngsters, willing and capable. But there is a dearth of reliable and authoritative institutions that provide good training and career openings.
